I need encouraging comments STAT.
In my quest to eat less today I did not pack enough food for my work day.
I'm done eating everything and STARVING. To top it off I am the only one in my department and my day has been sucktacular.
Instead of making my way to the snack machine with the coins jangling in my wallet I am posting in hopes that you will all tell me NOT to ruin the good progress I have made yesterday and today.

Meaning no junk food, no sweets, no chocolate. I am trying to detox and right now my little tastebuds are SCREAMING to be fed some sugar.
Help me! I think we banders need a Banded Superhero to swoop in and help us in times like this. They would have a superhero super belt with snacks like cheese sticks, almonds and protein bars!

DON'T DO IT!!!!! You are doing good and working hard. Don't blow that for one tiny thing that will only make you feel better for a few minutes.

Leslie...don't do it!!! Go get some water. Drink water until you belly gets full. I know that sounds crazy....but it works. Please drink the water...you will be home soon and able to eat a meal.

I agree with Dede get some water in ya! Or something of the sort!! Make yourself a good balanced meal for dinner that is huge...like loads of veggies!! You, my friend can do it!
Go walk up and down the stairs and get your mind off of it, or log on to your fav clothing website and visualize how amazing it will be to fit in them! You can do it!!!!!!
Don't do it... The moment of gratification will not be worth the regret. Definitely water and I agree with Stace online window shopping makes it better! Hang in there!
Stop- Don't do it! Drink water. Get busy doing something to take your mind off your stomach.
I didn't eat enough protein for lunch today either and I am feeling it. I am guzzleing water like it is my job.

Hope you made it! I'm have a horrendous day of hunger myself. Not sure what that is all about, but I'm starting a hunger journal to chart it. I'm an accountant. Data is what I do. :)
I'm with Lisa - go for the water or a crystal light. You don't need the sugar, you don't need the junk, you don't need the artificial processed crap that's lurking in the machine of doom at the end of the hall. Fight it! Go, fight, WIN!!!
I did the samething today for my first day on the new contract. I packed a lean cuisine that didnt turn out all that great and I only got to eat the chicken. I forgot everything even my protein powder....I did get through it tho as I am sure you did my very strong friend.....
