Why is it that once I see a new low on the scale, I have a day where I feel ravenous all day and just want to eat everything in sight?
I think because I threw up half my breakfast because I was eating too fast and not paying attention to my chewing and then my lunch was not very substanial, these two factors are making super hungry Leslie.
I will stick to my calories and beat this hunger.
Hmm. I need a warrior call. That would be awesome.

I can totally relate to you! Same thing for me. The day before yesterday I could eat a horse and that was the day after my low point. WHY!!
