I've moved my tickers to my Goals & Challenges tabs, I'm a neat freak and all those tickers were cluttering my blog.
Some say neat freak, others say obsessive. Whichever you prefer.
First we shall recap my February Mini-Goals.
#1 - Lose 8lbs
#2 - Exercise 10 times.
I did not reach either goal. I lost 7.5lbs and I exercised 8 times.
I'm not upset though. I did what I could and I will continue to do better.
So in January, my goal was to lose 10lbs and I lost 10.5lbs so I'm TECHNICALLY on track for my monthly mini-goals for the year.
18lbs lost since January 1st. It's crazy that 18lbs is the most movement I have had in MONTHS. I'm a little nervous about school starting back up on March 31st. I'm afraid I'm going to get into my bad habits again. I just have to be strong.
March Mini-Goals
#1 - Exercise for 12 hours in March
I found with my goal of exercising 10 times, that I would exercise but I had to really push myself to reach beyond 20 minutes. I think I will do better with an hourly goal.
#2 - Reach 299.9lbs in March.
I know, I know. It's a bit extreme but I need to kick myself into gear and if I don't reach it then I will be 100% okay with that because I will be closer to that goal. I found myself this past month reaching close to my 8lbs lost and then just hovering instead of putting in the hard work to surpass it.

# 3 - Log Food.
This really helps me and I need to do it EVERYDAY. It keeps me on track and I just need to take the time to do it.
Like today for example...
My band was tight tight tight all day. By the time I got home at 5PM, I had only had 150 calories all day. I was driving home and thought....
Ice Cream would be good.
A McFlurry would be better than Ben & Jerry's.
You haven't eaten a lot today, just do it.
So I did.
I have an M&M McFlurry in my freezer.
Like a good little goal follower, I go to the McDonald's website and look up the nutritional information.
12oz M&M McFlurry = 710 calories / 25g fat / 105 carbs / 15g pro
HOLY MOLY!
So my totals for today ended up being...
1,224 calories / 46.5g fat / 123 carbs / 68g protein
Thank goodness I didn't eat a lot today.
This is what you call an eye opener. One I am very happy with. I will not be able to justify an M&M McFlurry so easily next time.
Do you have a food you can justify? That you don't think is so bad?
I dare you to look it up.
Report back to me in the comments.
I"m interested to see if I'm the only one who has these food delusions still.

I did almost the EXACT same thing last weekend. I got a SMALL Blizzard from DQ. It was a treat and I figured it was bad for me, but it was also 700+ calories. Holy moly is right! But just like you, I logged it and moved on.
You are doing great!!
Girl scout cookies. I think one or two won't kill me and it's true until one or two become 6 or 8! Oy!
Well, it did have 15g of protein. I don't think there's anything you "can't" eat. Was there a gain on the scale? :( I bet probably not. You got a TON of protein.
@ Beth Ann - it's amazing what those things that we think "aren't bad" actually end up being!
@ MandaPanda - I've been lucky to avoid girl scout cookies this year. I just don't buy them anymore.
@ Ronnie - There was not a gain!! A 2.1lb lost to be exact! I was thrilled.
very good stuff over all, great goals.
