I'm happy to report that since last Tuesday (when the scale jumped up a bit), I have lost 5.8lbs! Yayayayaya! I'm very happy and my grumpy spell yesterday when I really wanted to eat ice cream but didn't has paid off! I have to remember these things when I get in a food funk.
I'm seriously thinking about going to get a fill this week. I've been good about eating 4oz of protein for my meals and I'm hungry very shortly afterwards and I think a fill might help that a bit. I'm either at 9 or 9.5ccs. I can't remember. The only reason I hesitate is because I leave for Disney on January 23rd. I'm going with my friend again like I did last January. Marc & I went to Disney in September and the first few days I had a very hard time eating, mainly because I had to train myself to order differently. Plus I'm not used to eating out anymore, if we get food out we do take out and bring it home so that we don't have the pressure to eat fast. I think though that if I did get a fill this week that I've come to realize I have to order differently, no big meals, lots of soups, no bread, etc. I think I can do it. What do you think?
As far as meeting my weight related goals last week.....
I only went to the gym twice. I'm so bad at staying motivated to go to the gym. I'm not planning on the gym tonight as I have to go to school for a meeting to switch my program but I do want to do some sort of Wii workout when I get home.
We also had takeout twice, I would really like to stick to the once a week thing. I'm going to try harder this week.
I also ate fried food TWICE in one week. I must stop this craziness. I need to stop thinking about food and about what I shouldn't eat because that just makes me want to eat it more!
Oh well, at least I'm not letting myself justify what I did. This week will be better!

I think that I would wait until after Disney for your fill, but I'd book it now so that you go within a day or 2 or coming home.
My take on fills and vacations is this: You got the band for a lifestyle change. That means eating better on vacations too. I would give it a couple days before your trip to see if you're too tight because you don't want to end up in an emergency situation but otherwise, it'll keep you on track whle you're gone.
